Job summary

Hawthorne Residential Partners is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and make-ready apartment readiness across the community. You will diagnose issues, complete service requests, and contribute to a clean, well-maintained living environment.

Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent.
• Two years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• EPA/HVAC Certification required; CPO Certification is a plus; Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform maintenance and repairs in a timely, professional manner.
• Assure all service requests are completed by Hawthorne standards.
• Repair and restore vacant apartments to make ready status in preparation for the next move-in as per company standard.
• Assist with pool maintenance and cleaning.
• Completion of preventative maintenance according to the guidelines outlined in company policy.
