Job summary

Hawthorne Residential Partners is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to handle work orders, assist with preventative maintenance, and support daily upkeep across the community. HVAC certification and routine repair knowledge are required.

Education includes High School or GED; EPA/HVAC certification; valid driver’s license. On-call rotations and a Monday–Friday schedule with 8:00 AM–5:00 PM hours are typical. Benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High School or GED is required.
• Two years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• EPA/HVAC certification is required; CPO certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform maintenance and repairs in a timely and professional manner.
• Repair and restore vacant apartments to make ready for the next move-in per company standards.
• Assist with pool maintenance and cleaning.
• Complete preventative maintenance according to the guidelines in company policy.
• Maintain building and common areas daily to ensure a neat, safe environment.
