Job summary

Hawthorne Residential Partners is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to join our on-site team in Minneapolis. You will diagnose and repair maintenance issues, complete preventative work orders, and prepare vacant units for the next move-in.

HVAC certification is required, and a valid driver's license is necessary to access community facilities and respond to emergencies. You will maintain common areas, assist with pool care, and contribute to a safe, welcoming living environment.

Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent.
• Two years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License.
• EPA / HVAC Certification.
• CPO Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform maintenance and repairs in a timely and professional manner.
• Assure all service requests are completed by Hawthorne standards.
• Repair and restore vacant apartments to make ready status for next move-in.
• Assist with pool maintenance and cleaning.
• Completion of preventative maintenance according to company policy.
