Job summary

Hawthorne Residential Partners is seeking dependable Maintenance Technician II to handle work orders, assist with preventative maintenance, and support day-to-day upkeep across the community. This role requires HVAC certification and a working knowledge of routine repairs.

You will diagnose and repair issues, ensure service requests meet Hawthorne standards, and prepare units for the next move-in while assisting with pool maintenance and preventive tasks.

Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent required.
• Two years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• EPA/HVAC Certification, Valid Driver's License, and CPO Certification are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform maintenance and repairs in a timely and professional manner.
• Assure all service requests are completed by Hawthorne standards.
• Repair and restore vacant apartments to make-ready status for next move-in.
• Assist with pool maintenance and cleaning.
• Completion of preventive maintenance according to company policy.
• Maintain building and grounds; keep common areas and grounds neat and trash-free.
