Hawthorne Residential Partners seeks a dependable Maintenance Technician II to independently handle work orders, support preventative maintenance, and upkeep across the community. HVAC certification and a valid license are required to perform routine repairs.

Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent.
• Two years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License.
• EPA/HVAC Certification; CPO Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform maintenance and repairs in a timely and professional manner.
• Repair and restore vacant apartments to make ready status for the next move-in as per company standard.
• Assist with pool maintenance and cleaning.
• Completion of preventative maintenance according to the guidelines outlined in company policy.
• Maintain building and common area upkeep daily.
• Assist in keeping ground neat and free of litter, debris, and pet waste.
• Promote good professional relations with residents, co-workers, and company staff.
• Conduct on-call emergency service rotation as scheduled.
