Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for Weston Reserve. The position involves performing appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties on-site at the apartment community.

You will assist the Service Manager with tasks, ensure timely completion of service requests, and participate in preventative maintenance programs. The role offers growth, a comprehensive benefits package, and on-site collaboration.

Formación

• At least one year of apartment maintenance experience.
• A/C Certification Type II or Universal.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule & on-call.

Responsabilidades

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties.
• Assist Service Manager with various tasks as required by the needs of the community.
• Ensures service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs.
• Responds to automated service on emergency calls per company policy.
• Assists with resident functions.
• Participates in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program.
