Job summary

EMCOR Facilities Services, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair commercial properties. Responsibilities include electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and operating lifts.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required or equivalent
• Two to five years mechanical experience including electrical, plumbing, carpentry
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive maintenance work orders according to schedule.
• Executes all work safely and professionally, on time.
• Maintain and repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and finishes as needed.
• Operate scissor or boom lifts and ladders to replace bulbs and install/ hang items.
• Complete paperwork accurately and on time.
• Keep facilities clean and perform minor landscaping and other duties as assigned.
