Job summary

Qualifications
- HVAC certification is required for this role.
- Two years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
- Valid Driver's License is required.
- CPO certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and perform maintenance and repairs in a timely and professional manner.
- Assure all service requests are completed by Hawthorne standards.
- Repair and restore vacant apartments to make ready status for next move-in.
- Assist with pool maintenance and cleaning.
- Completion of preventative maintenance according to company policy.
