The Scion Group Fort Collins property is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to provide responsive maintenance and preventive care for our community. You will handle service requests, turnovers, and coordinate with vendors while ensuring safety and quality in all tasks.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of maintenance experience, HVAC and EPA 608 certifications, and strong communication to support residents and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or trade school required.
• Minimum 3–5 years of full-time general maintenance experience or equivalent.
• HVAC certification required.
• EPA 608 certification (Type I & II) required.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or plan to obtain within six months.
• Good communication and safety awareness are essential.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrate proficiency with BAS, Entrata and CMMS for service logging and completed work.
• Maintain property according to SOPs, OSHA and industry standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs to keep the asset in good condition.
• Inspect and service major building systems (RTU, hot water, electrical, UPS, doors, roof, etc.).
• Monitor life safety systems and participate in emergency planning.
• Coordinate with vendors and maintenance team for scheduling and execution.
• Document work and materials used with clear notes and signatures.
