Job summary

The Scion Group is hiring a Facilities Technician II to support maintenance, repairs, and preventive tasks across our properties. You will prepare apartments for turnovers, manage supplies, and ensure safety and functionality of building systems while delivering high service levels to residents and customers.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of maintenance experience, HVAC/EPA credentials, and a CPO or plan to obtain one.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus 3–5 years of full-time maintenance experience.
• HVAC certification/EPA 608 (Core, Type I, II & III).
• CPO certification or plan to obtain within six months.
• Excellent communication, safety awareness, and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property condition per SOPs, OSHA, and industry standards.
• Perform routine maintenance/repairs and supervise assets to minimize liability.
• Operate and monitor life-safety systems and perform preventive testing.
• Coordinate with vendors and schedule work with Facilities Manager.
• Ensure all service requests are completed in a timely manner.
