Job summary

The Scion Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for a Colorado Springs property. You will respond to service requests, conduct preventive maintenance, and prepare apartments at turnovers while coordinating with vendors and the Maintenance Supervisor.

Candidates should have 3–5 years of general maintenance experience, HVAC and EPA 608 certifications, a CPO or plan to obtain within six months, and strong communication and safety skills.

Qualifications

• High school/GED or trade school diploma and 3–5 years of full-time general maintenance experience.
• HVAC certification and EPA 608 certification (Type I & II).
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or plan to obtain within six months.
• Clear and effective communication and ability to work under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests and perform maintenance tasks.
• Prepare apartments at turnovers.
• Coordinate with vendors and schedule work with Maintenance Supervisor.
• Diagnose and repair building systems, including life safety, HVAC, electrical, plumbing and general carpentry.
• Maintain security and keys, and document work and parts used daily.
