Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a maintenance technician to perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on conveyors, automation, robotics, and related equipment. You will document work in the CMMS and escalation processes, while mentoring junior staff and contributing to safety and efficiency improvements.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Work Experience: 5 years of experience with forklift, conveyor and general equipment repair.
• Experience troubleshooting complex equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, routine inspections, and ad-hoc repairs on conveyors, automation, robotics and ancillary equipment.
• Record maintenance issues in maintenance log and CMMS, and maintain logs for facility systems.
• Mentor junior engineers and assist with two-person tasks and leadership escalation.
• Oversee projects including minor renovations, space management and equipment installations.
• Certify on all industrial lift equipment and oversee safety procedures.
