Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to set up, adjust, and perform preventive maintenance on conveyors, automation, robotics, and related equipment. You will troubleshoot, repair, and record issues in CMMS, mentor junior staff, and participate in facility projects as needed.

The role requires a high school diploma, 5 years of relevant experience, and ability to lift up to 75 lbs; travel up to 10% within state and out of state may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5 years of experience with conveyor, automation, or robotics equipment repair and maintenance.
• Associates Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, HVAC, or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, routine inspections, and ad-hoc repairs on conveyors, automation, robotics and ancillary equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair out-of-service equipment; escalate as needed and document issues in maintenance logs.
• Document all work in CMMS/ticketing systems and maintain operation logs for facility systems.
• Mentor junior engineers/maintenance personnel and assist in teamwork on complex tasks.
• Oversee projects such as minor renovations, inventory management, and contractor oversight.
• Operate equipment and verify proper operation; analyze production delays and determine corrective actions.
• Read drawings, follow safety procedures (Lock Out/Tag Out, Arc Flash), and use PPE.
