Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Maintenance Tech II (Maintenance) to set up, adjust, perform preventive maintenance on conveyors, automation, robotics, and ancillary equipment, ensuring production and quality standards are met.

Under minimal supervision, you will document all work in CMMS, mentor junior staff, and oversee installation, repair, and safety procedures. Occasional travel up to 10% may be required; a high school diploma and relevant hands-on experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience with forklift, conveyor and general equipment repair and maintenance.
• Experience troubleshooting complex equipment.
• Knowledge of PLC logic systems and basic electrical theory.
• Familiar with CMMS and ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and ad-hoc repairs on conveyors, automation, robotics and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot failed equipment and escalate to leadership when needed; document issues in logs.
• Record work in CMMS and maintain operation logs for facility systems.
• Mentor junior maintenance personnel and assist where two-person tasks required.
