Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Maintenance Tech I to perform preventive maintenance on conveyors, automation and robotics, while troubleshooting and repairing equipment. You will document all work in the CMMS system and help ensure uptime and safety across facility systems.

The role requires basic PLC/automation knowledge, familiarity with Excel, and the ability to lift heavy items and work with safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 years' experience with conveyor, automation, or robotics equipment repair and maintenance.
• Basic computer skills including Excel and CMMS documentation.
• Willing to travel up to 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on conveyors, automation, robotics, and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment, escalate to leadership when needed.
• Document work in CMMS and maintain operation logs for facility systems.
• Analyze downtime causes and support corrective actions.
• Assist with building projects and safety compliance as required.
