Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking an experienced maintenance technician to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on conveyors, automation systems, and related equipment. The role includes documenting work in CMMS, maintaining logs for pumps and HVAC, and mentoring junior technicians.

Applicants should have 5+ years in equipment repair, an associated degree or trade certification, and willingness to travel up to 10% within and outside the state.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associates degree in Mechatronics or related field preferred; apprenticeship/graduation from trade program considered.
• 5+ years of experience with forklift, conveyors and general equipment repair/maintenance.
• Experience troubleshooting complex equipment and using CMMS/ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on conveyors, automation, robotics, and ancillary equipment.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and document issues; escalate to leadership as needed.
• Record all work in CMMS and maintain operation logs for facility systems.
• Mentor maintenance personnel and assist teammates on complex tasks.
• Oversee projects, downtime analysis, and ensure safety procedures are followed.
