Job summary

Graham Packaging Company in Hazleton, PA is seeking a Maintenance Tech II for 1st shift (6:30a–3:00p). You will install, repair and maintain production equipment and plant facilities, performing preventive and reactive maintenance to keep operations within budget and quality targets.

Qualifications

• Two year Associate Degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field is preferred.
• A minimum of five years Industrial Maintenance Technician experience is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair production machines and plant facilities.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Diagnose problems, replace parts, and test repairs.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs during operation and scheduled maintenance during machine service.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders.
