Qualifications

• Two year Associate Degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field preferred.
• A minimum of five years Industrial Maintenance Technician experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with managers, employees, vendors, and customers.
• Demonstrates punctual attendance, strong communication, and teamwork.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety, health, quality GMP policies and company procedures.
• Produce quality product by monitoring processes and adjusting as needed.
• Install and maintain production machines and plant facilities.
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and adjust.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs during operation; perform scheduled maintenance.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines and facilities.
• Read equipment manuals and work orders to perform maintenance.
• Train production employees in proper operation and maintenance of machinery.
• Limited travel may be required.
