Job summary

Graham Packaging Company is seeking a Maintenance Tech II for its West Hazleton, PA facility. The role covers installation, maintenance, and repair of production equipment to ensure a safe, efficient operation on the 1st shift (6:30am–3:00pm).

The technician will perform preventative and reactive maintenance, diagnose issues, and support plant performance while meeting quality and safety standards. A strong background in industrial maintenance and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred in industrial maintenance or related field.
• Minimum five years of Industrial Maintenance Technician experience preferred.
• Strong communication with internal/external stakeholders required.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining service quality.
• Capable of independent work and completing tasks per established procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation and repair of plant equipment.
• Conduct preventative and reactive maintenance on production machines.
• Diagnose problems, replace parts, and test repairs.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs during operation and planned maintenance.
• Read manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance.
• Train production staff on proper operation and maintenance of machinery.
• Limited travel may be required.
