Job summary

Mayfair Management Group seeks a Maintenance Technician II for the Vacaville Gables property. You will be responsible for maintenance across the apartment community, including preventive and emergency tasks to preserve the property's integrity.

Ideal candidates have HVAC knowledge, own tools, and can read and interpret technical procedures. The role offers comprehensive training, competitive pay, paid time off, a 401(k) with company match, and medical/dental/vision coverage.

Qualifications

• HVAC knowledge required or preferred.
• Must own basic tools for maintenance tasks.
• Team player with good communication.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance and repairs for the apartment community.
• Maintain physical grounds and assist custodial tasks.
• Handle preventive, corrective, deferred, and emergency maintenance.
• Read, interpret technical documents and communicate with residents and staff.

Qualified candidates must be able to preform various duties aimed at maintaining and enhancing the apartment community. Ideal candidates must possess an aptitude for general building maintenance, custodial & grounds will be responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of your assigned apartment community.

You will be responsible for all aspects of the property's maintenance including but not limited to the physical grounds, preventive, corrective, deferred and emergency maintenance.

Must have a basic understanding and knowledge of general maintenance, carpentry, painting, refurbishing, plumbing, electricity, appliances, make readies and A/C experience.
