Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties at Harbor Creek. You will support the Service Manager and contribute to timely, quality maintenance across the community.

The role requires at least one year of apartment maintenance experience, plus an A/C certification Type II or Universal, and a valid driver's license with a willingness to work a flexible schedule and be on-call.

• Ensures service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs
• Responds to automated service on emergency calls per company policy
• Assists with resident functions
• Participates in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program
