Job summary

Highmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for The Parke at Trinity in Raleigh, NC. You will perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties to maintain a high-quality apartment community.

You will support the Service Manager, complete service requests promptly, and participate in preventative maintenance and community preservation programs. A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to work on-call are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties
• Assist Service Manager with various tasks as required by the needs of the community
• Ensure service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs
• Respond to automated service on emergency calls per company policy
• Assist with resident functions
• Participate in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program
