Job summary

Highmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for the Hickory Point community. You will perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties, and assist the Service Manager with community tasks.

You will ensure requests are completed promptly, perform preventive maintenance, and respond to emergencies. Opportunities for growth exist with a strong benefits package and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• At least one year of apartment maintenance experience.
• A/C Certification Type II or Universal preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties.
• Assist Service Manager with tasks for the community.
• Ensure service requests are completed timely.
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs.
• Respond to emergency service calls per policy.
• Assist with resident functions and community plans.

Responsibilities

What your day to day might look like:

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties
• Assist Service Manager with various tasks as required by the needs of the community
• Ensures service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs
• Responds to automated service on emergency calls per company policy
• Assists with resident functions
• Participates in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program
