Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform routine and preventive maintenance across an apartment community. The role supports the Maintenance Supervisor and helps manage a full maintenance program, including ongoing repairs and resident services.

Ideal candidates bring apartment maintenance experience, HVAC certification, and a flexible schedule. The position offers on-site work, benefits, and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• At least one year of apartment maintenance experience.
• A/C Certification Type II or Universal.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule & on-call.

Responsabilités

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties
• Assist Service Manager with various tasks as required by the needs of the community
• Ensures service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs
• Responds to automated service on emergency calls per company policy
• Assists with resident functions
• Participates in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program
