Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform comprehensive maintenance for the Towne Creek apartment community. You will support the Maintenance Supervisor and protect the property through preventative and reactive repairs, ensuring resident satisfaction and safety.

The ideal candidate has at least one year in apartment maintenance, is reliable, punctual, and a team player, with a valid driver's license and a flexible schedule.

Qualifikationen

• At least one year of apartment maintenance experience.
• A/C Certification Type II or Universal.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule and on-call.

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties.
• Assist Service Manager with tasks as needed by the community.
• Ensure service requests are completed correctly and timely.
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs.
• Respond to emergency service calls per policy.
• Assist with resident functions and community preservation.

Responsibilities

What your day to day might look like:

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties
• Assist Service Manager with various tasks as required by the needs of the community
• Ensures service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs
• Responds to automated service on emergency calls per company policy
• Assists with resident functions
• Participates in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program
