Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform on-site maintenance at our apartment community in Wellesley. You will handle appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties and assist the Service Manager with tasks required by the community.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of apartment maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, and a willingness to work a flexible schedule including on-call shifts; A/C Certification Type II or

• At least one year of apartment maintenance experience.
• A/C Certification Type II or Universal required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule and on-call.

Responsibilities

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties.
• Assist Service Manager with tasks as required by the community.
• Ensure service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs.
• Respond to emergency service calls per policy and assist with resident functions.

Responsibilities

What your day to day might look like:

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties
• Assist Service Manager with various tasks as required by the needs of the community
• Ensures service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs
• Responds to automated service on emergency calls per company policy
• Assists with resident functions
• Participates in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program
