Highmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for Vantage Pointe at Marrowbone. You will perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties to maintain the apartment community.

As part of the on-site team, you will assist the Service Manager, complete service requests timely, participate in preventative maintenance, and support resident functions with a flexible on-call schedule.

Formación

• One year of apartment maintenance experience.
• AC Certification Type II or Universal is required.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule and be on-call.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

What your day to day might look like:

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties
• Assist Service Manager with various tasks as required by the needs of the community
• Ensures service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs
• Responds to automated service on emergency calls per company policy
• Assists with resident functions
• Participates in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent lifts and carries up to 45-80 pounds
• Pushes and/or pulls (appliances) using appliance dolly up to 200 pounds
• Moves objects from one floor to another
• Frequently bends/stoops, climbs stairs, kneels, balances, reaches above shoulder height, walks, and twists
• Has normal range of vision, hearing and speech
