Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to efficiently handle maintenance tasks at the Sand Lake Pointe community. You will assist the Service Manager and help manage day‑to‑day maintenance, including appliances, carpentry, and A/C systems while ensuring timely completion of service requests.

Qualifications

• At least one year of apartment maintenance experience.
• A/C Certification Type II or Universal.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule & on-call.

Responsibilities

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties.
• Assist Service Manager with tasks as required by the community.
• Ensure service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs.
• Respond to emergency service calls per policy.
• Assist with resident events.
• Participate in community preservation and preventive maintenance programs.
