Job summary

Highmark Residential in Woodland Park is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties across the community. You will support the Service Manager, handle preventative maintenance, respond to service requests, and participate in the community preservation plan while advancing in a structured career path with competitive pay and benefits.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of apartment maintenance experience, an A/C

Qualifications

• Must have at least one year of apartment maintenance experience.
• Hold A/C Certification Type II or Universal.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and be on-call.

Responsibilities

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties.
• Assist Service Manager with community needs and tasks.
• Ensure service requests are completed correctly and timely.
• Run preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Respond to emergency service calls per policy.
• Support resident events and ongoing preservation plans.

Responsibilities

What your day to day might look like:

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties
• Assist Service Manager with various tasks as required by the needs of the community
• Ensures service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs
• Responds to automated service on emergency calls per company policy
• Assists with resident functions
• Participates in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program
