Job summary

Highmark Residential seeks a Maintenance Technician II for San Marco Villas I to perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties, while supporting the Service Manager with community upkeep. You will ensure timely completion of service requests and participate in preventive maintenance programs.

Ideal candidates have at least one year in apartment maintenance, a valid driver’s license, and a flexible schedule with on-call availability. Competitive benefits included.

Responsibilities

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties.
• Assist Service Manager with various tasks as required by the needs of the community.
• Ensures service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs.
• Responds to automated service on emergency calls per company policy.
• Assists with resident functions.
• Participates in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program.
