Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to efficiently perform maintenance tasks across the Tuscan Isle apartment community under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor.

The role requires hands-on experience in appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C, and electrical work, with flexibility for on-call shifts. Competitive compensation includes bonuses and a 30% rent discount, plus benefits after the introductory period.

Qualifications

• At least one year of apartment maintenance experience.
• A/C Certification Type II or Universal.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule and be on-call.

Responsibilities

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties.
• Assist Service Manager with community needs and tasks.
• Ensure requests are completed correctly and promptly.
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs.
• Respond to emergency service requests per policy.
• Support resident functions and the community preservation plan.

Responsibilities

What your day to day might look like:

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties
• Assist Service Manager with various tasks as required by the needs of the community
• Ensures service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs
• Responds to automated service on emergency calls per company policy
• Assists with resident functions
• Participates in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program
