Job summary

Highmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform all necessary maintenance for the apartment community. You will work under the Maintenance Supervisor, handling appliances, plumbing, electrical, and A/C tasks to keep units and common areas in top condition.

Qualifications

• At least one year of apartment maintenance experience.
• A/C Certification Type II or Universal required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule and on-call.
• Experience with maintenance tasks in multifamily communities.

Responsibilities

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties.
• Assist Service Manager with tasks as needed.
• Ensure service requests are completed correctly and timely.
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs.
• Respond to emergency service calls per policy.
• Assist with resident functions.
• Participate in the community preservation and preventive maintenance program.
