Job summary

Highmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for Sawyer Flats. You will perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties to keep the community well-maintained.

• One year of apartment maintenance experience.
• Able to perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule and be on-call.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on the apartment community and assist with daily maintenance tasks.
• Ensure service requests are completed correctly and timely.
• Participate in the ongoing community preservation and preventive maintenance program.

Responsibilities

What your day to day might look like:

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties
• Assist Service Manager with various tasks as required by the needs of the community
• Ensures service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs
• Responds to automated service on emergency calls per company policy
• Assists with resident functions
• Participates in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program

Qualifications

Some things we can't live without are:

• At least one year of apartment maintenance experience
• A/C Certification Type II or Universal
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
