American Landmark Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for The Lotus in Glendale, AZ. The role focuses on daily repairs, make-ready of vacant apartments, and timely response to work orders, under supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager.

Qualified candidates will have HVAC certification, electrical and plumbing skills, and prior multi-family housing maintenance experience. A strong team, comprehensive benefits, and growth opportunities are offered.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily repair and upkeep of the property.
• Respond to work orders within 24 hours.
• Complete make-ready process for vacant units.
• Document service requests promptly and accurately.
• Track inventory and notify supervisor when re-orders are needed.
• Assist in maintaining property grounds and common areas.

Schedule: Tuesdays - Saturdays

Your role as Maintenance Technician II is critical to AL’s success and may include due diligence, community acquisition/disposition, serving on or participating in company sponsored or sanctioned committees, organizations, functions etc. You are ultimately responsible for insuring the efficient maintenance operation of the property under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager.

We have a new bonus structure! All Maintenance Technician team members will receive a stipend of $100 when on-call, on top of overtime. ALSO, maintenance team members are eligible for bonuses of up to $250 based on make ready status and work order completion.

Your “Day to Day” at AL as a Maintenance Technician:

• Responsible for the daily repair and upkeep of the property.
• Responding to work orders within 24 hours
• Complete the “make-ready” process to prepare vacant apartment homes for leasing
• Completepaperworkinatimely,accurate,andcompletefashionsothatservicerequestscan be appropriately documented and tracked
• Tracking inventory used
• Notifying the Maintenance Supervisor about re-ordering needs

Qualifying Accomplishments of a Maintenance Technician:

• Prior experience in multi-family housing as a maintenance technician
• HVAC Certified (Requirement)
• Electrical & plumbing skills / trouble shooting ability
• Irrigation knowledge
