American Landmark Apartments is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician II for The Legend in San Antonio, TX. The role supports efficient maintenance operations under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in multi-family housing as a maintenance technician.
• HVAC Certified (Requirement).

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily repair and upkeep of the property.
• Respond to work orders within 24 hours.
• Complete the make-ready process to prepare vacant apartments for leasing.
• Complete paperwork timely, accurate, and complete to document and track service requests.
• Track inventory used and notify maintenance supervisor about re-ordering needs.

Your role as Maintenance Technician II is critical to AL’s success and may include due diligence, community acquisition/disposition, serving on or participating in company sponsored or sanctioned committees, organizations, functions etc. You are ultimately responsible for insuring the efficient maintenance operation of the property under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager.

We have a new bonus structure! All Maintenance Technician team members will receive a stipend of $100 when on-call, on top of overtime. ALSO, maintenance team members are eligible for bonuses of up to $250 based on make ready status and work order completion.

Your “Day to Day” at AL as a Maintenance Technician:

• Responsible for the daily repair and upkeep of the property.

• Complete the “make-ready” process to prepare vacant apartment homes for leasing
• Completepaperworkinatimely,accurate,andcompletefashionsothatservicerequestscan be appropriately documented and tracked
• Tracking inventory used

Qualifying Accomplishments of a Maintenance Technician:

• Prior experience in multi-family housing as a maintenance technician
