American Landmark Apartments in Lewisville, TX is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician I for The Aidan, a 232-unit residential community. You will support daily upkeep and insure efficient maintenance operations under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager.

Your role as Maintenance Technician I is critical to AL’s success and may include due diligence, community acquisition/disposition, serving on or participating in company sponsored or sanctioned committees, organizations, functions etc. You are ultimately responsible for insuring the efficient maintenance operation of the property under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager.

We have a new bonus structure! All Maintenance Technicians will receive a stipend of $100 when on-call, on top of overtime. ALSO, maintenance team members are eligible for bonuses of up to $250 based on make ready status and work order completion.

Your “Day to Day” at American Landmark as a Maintenance Technician:
