Job summary

American Landmark Apartments is seeking a Maintenance Technician I for Kenzie Park in San Antonio, TX. You will perform daily repair and upkeep of a 312-unit community under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager.

Ideal candidates have prior multi-family housing maintenance experience, electrical and plumbing troubleshooting skills, and irrigation knowledge. The role includes on-call duties with a $100 stipend and bonus opportunities up to $250 based on performance.

Your role as Maintenance Technician I is critical to AL’s success and may include due diligence, community acquisition/disposition, serving on or participating in company sponsored or sanctioned committees, organizations, functions etc. You are ultimately responsible for insuring the efficient maintenance operation of the property under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager.

We have a new bonus structure! All Maintenance Technicians will receive a stipend of $100 when on-call, on top of overtime. ALSO, maintenance team members are eligible for bonuses of up to $250 based on make ready status and work order completion.
