Ridge Corporation, based in Pataskala, OH, is seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician II to join our hands-on maintenance team. You will perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on automated production equipment, reading schematics and supporting continuous operation across shifts.

We offer a full-time hourly role with a starting pay up to $33.25 per hour (with a 10% shift differential), quarterly bonus opportunities, and a 4-day

• Strong troubleshooting across electrical and mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, and pumps.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on automated industrial production equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Diagnose and perform basic troubleshooting on PLCs and control circuits.
• Maintain and service auxiliary plant equipment (air compressors, chillers, boilers).
• Read and interpret electrical/mechanical schematics and blueprints.
• Collaborate with production operators and engineering to minimize downtime and drive improvements.
• Take on other duties as assigned.

Position Title: Maintenance Technician II

Location: Frazeysburg, OH

Pay: Up to $33.25/hour to start (*10% Shift Differential= $36.58/hr)

Plus quarterly performance bonus opportunities

Schedule:

2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 4:15 PM–2:45 AM; optional Friday overtime, 2:15 PM–10:45 PM

Type: Full-time, hourly (non-exempt)

Position Summary:

Ridge Corporation builds high-performance materials and products for the trucking and manufacturing industries, and our maintenance team is the backbone of our operation. We’re hiring a skilled, hands-on Industrial Maintenance Technician in Pataskala, OH to keep our manufacturing machinery running safely, smoothly, and efficiently.

You’ll focus on preventive maintenance, mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, and process improvements that keep our production lines running.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on automated industrial production equipment
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Diagnose and perform basic troubleshooting on PLCs and control circuits
• Maintain, repair, and service auxiliary plant equipment, including air compressors, chillers, and boilers
• Read and interpret electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics
• Partner with production operators and engineering teams to minimize downtime and drive process improvements
• Take on other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across electrical and mechanical systems
• Practical knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, and pumps
• Ability to read and trace electrical and mechanical schematics and blueprints
• A team-first attitude, self-motivation, and clear communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Welding and fabrication experience
• Basic PLC ladder logic understanding and troubleshooting

This is a hands-on role working on production and plant equipment throughout the shift.
