Ridge Corporation in Pataskala, OH is seeking a hands-on Industrial Maintenance Technician to keep manufacturing machinery running safely and efficiently. You will focus on preventive maintenance and troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Responsibilities include diagnosing complex issues, reading schematics, coordinating with operators and engineers, and driving process improvements. A strong team player with good communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing environment experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting across electrical and mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, motors and pumps.
• Ability to read and trace electrical and mechanical schematics/blueprints.
• Team player with clear communication and self-motivation.

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on automated industrial production equipment.
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Diagnose and perform basic troubleshooting on PLCs and control circuits.
• Maintain, repair, and service auxiliary plant equipment, including air compressors, chillers, and boilers.
• Read and interpret electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.
• Partner with production operators and engineering teams to minimize downtime and drive process improvements.
• Take on other duties as assigned.

Position Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician

Location: Pataskala, OH

Pay: $30.00–$33.25/hour base; 2nd shift earns a 10% shift differential ($33.00–$36.57/hour), plus quarterly performance-based wage increase opportunities

Schedule:
1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM; optional Friday overtime, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 4:15 PM–2:45 AM; optional Friday overtime, 2:15 PM–10:45 PM

Type: Full-time, hourly (non-exempt)

Position Summary:

Ridge Corporation builds high-performance materials and products for the trucking and manufacturing industries, and our maintenance team is the backbone of our operation. We're hiring a skilled, hands-on Industrial Maintenance Technician in Pataskala, OH to keep our manufacturing machinery running safely, smoothly, and efficiently.

You'll focus on preventive maintenance, mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, and process improvements that keep our production lines running.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on automated industrial production equipment
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Diagnose and perform basic troubleshooting on PLCs and control circuits
• Maintain, repair, and service auxiliary plant equipment, including air compressors, chillers, and boilers
• Read and interpret electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics
• Partner with production operators and engineering teams to minimize downtime and drive process improvements
• Take on other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across electrical and mechanical systems
• Practical knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, and pumps
• Ability to read and trace electrical and mechanical schematics and blueprints
• A team-first attitude, self-motivation, and clear communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Welding and fabrication experience
• Basic PLC ladder logic understanding and troubleshooting

This is a hands-on role working on production and plant equipment throughout the shift.
