You’ll work closely with production, quality, safety, and engineering teammates to keep daily operations running and ensure our products meet standards. Manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train motivated individuals with strong

Qualifications

• Read basic work instructions and perform basic math.
• Read a tape measure accurately.
• Clear communication and strong time management.
• Self-motivated; works well independently and in a team.
• Strong attention to safety and quality.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior manufacturing, machine operation, or industrial experience.
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor fabrication equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow work instructions, production schedules, and quality standards.
• Perform quality inspections and verify products meet specifications.
• Troubleshoot basic machine and process issues.
• Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and safety procedures.
• Enter production data into the ERP system accurately.
• Keep work area clean and organized using 5S methods.
• Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance and engineering teams.
• Meet or exceed daily production goals.
• Contribute ideas and support continuous improvement projects.
• Take on other duties as assigned.

Position Title: Fabrication Technician II

Location: Frazeysburg, OH

Pay: Up to $18.25/hour to start, plus quarterly wage rate increase opportunities

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM; Friday overtime, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, mandatory when scheduled
Two paid 15-minute breaks and one unpaid 30-minute lunch per shift

Type: Full-time, hourly (non-exempt)

You’ll work closely with production, quality, safety, and engineering teammates to keep daily operations running and make sure our products meet company and customer standards.

Manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train motivated people with strong mechanical aptitude, good attendance, and a positive attitude.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor fabrication equipment safely and efficiently
• Follow work instructions, production schedules, and quality standards
• Perform quality inspections and verify products meet specifications
• Troubleshoot basic machine and process issues
• Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and company safety procedures at all times
• Enter production data accurately into our ERP system
• Keep your work area clean and organized using 5S methods
• Partner with production, quality, maintenance, and engineering teams
• Meet or exceed daily production goals
• Contribute ideas and support continuous improvement projects
• Take on other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to read basic work instructions and do basic math
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately
• Clear communication and strong time management
• A self-motivated approach, working well both independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to safety and quality

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Prior manufacturing, machine operation, or industrial experience
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

This is a hands-on manufacturing role on your feet for most of the shift.

• Use basic hand and power tools safely
