Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC seeks an on-site Maintenance Technician II to perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties across our apartment community. You will assist the Service Manager, complete requests promptly, and contribute to preventative maintenance programs.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of apartment maintenance experience, an AC Certification Type II or Universal, a valid driver's license, and flexibility for on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of apartment maintenance experience.
• AC Certification Type II or Universal required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule and on-call.

Responsibilities

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties.
• Assist Service Manager with community tasks as needed.
• Ensure service requests are completed correctly and promptly.
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs.
• Respond to emergency service calls per policy.
• Assist with resident functions and community preservation.
• Participate in preventive maintenance program.
