Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician II at Flats Exchange on Erwin. You will perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties, and assist the Service Manager to manage maintenance programs for the community.

Requirements include at least one year of apartment maintenance experience, A/C Type II or universal certification, a valid driver’s license, and flexibility for on-call hours.

Qualifications

• At least one year of apartment maintenance experience.
• A/C Certification Type II or Universal.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule & on-call.

Responsibilities

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties.
• Assist Service Manager with various tasks as required by the needs of the community.
• Ensure service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs.
• Respond to automated service on emergency calls per company policy.
• Assist with resident functions.
• Participate in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program.
