Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to handle appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties at Northtowne Village in Tennessee. You will support the Service Manager and help maintain a safe, well-kept community.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of apartment maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, and a flexible, on-call schedule. Excellent teamwork and reliability are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• At least one year of apartment maintenance experience.
• A/C Certification Type II or Universal.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule & on-call

Responsibilities

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties.
• Assist Service Manager with various tasks as required by the needs of the community.
• Ensures service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs.
• Responds to automated service on emergency calls per company policy.
• Assists with resident functions.
• Participates in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program.
