Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for the Lakeside at Town Center apartment community in Georgia. The role involves performing maintenance tasks across appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical systems, and supporting the Service Manager with community needs.

The position requires at least one year in apartment maintenance, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including on-call periods.

Qualifications

• At least one year of apartment maintenance experience.
• A/C Certification Type II or Universal is required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule and on-call.

Responsibilities

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties.
• Assist Service Manager with various tasks as required by the needs of the community.
• Ensure service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs.
• Respond to emergency calls per company policy.
• Assist with resident functions.
• Participates in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program.

Responsibilities

What your day to day might look like:

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent lifts and carries up to 45-80 pounds
• Pushes and/or pulls (appliances) using appliance dolly up to 200 pounds
• Moves objects from one floor to anotherFrequently bends/stoops, climbs stairs, kneels, balances, reaches above shoulder height, walks, and twists
• Has normal range of vision, hearing and speech
