Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for Cypress Pointe in North Carolina. The role involves performing appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties to maintain the apartment community, while assisting the Service Manager and ensuring timely completion of service requests.

Requirements include at least one year in apartment maintenance, HVAC Type II certification, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to work a flexible schedule and on-call

Qualifications

• At least one year of apartment maintenance experience.
• A/C Certification Type II or Universal.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule & on-call.

Responsibilities

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties.
• Assist Service Manager with various tasks as required by the needs of the community.
• Ensures service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs.
• Responds to automated service on emergency calls per company policy.
• Assists with resident functions.
• Participates in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program.
