We value strong communication and customer service, a valid driver’s license, and readiness to coordinate with vendors to keep properties in top condition. HVAC certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience in property management or related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training a plus.
• Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Valid driver’s license.
• HVAC Certification or EPA certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform intermediate-level maintenance tasks across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry systems.
• Complete work orders promptly and professionally, ensuring resident satisfaction.
• Support preventive maintenance schedules and record all work performed.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized services.
• Ensure compliance with all building codes, safety protocols, and company policies.
• Partner with team members and the Maintenance Supervisor to maintain operational excellence.
