Job summary

Acento Real Estate Partners is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician I to join our on-site team in Hampton, VA. You’ll perform basic maintenance and repairs, assist with inspections, and support senior technicians on more complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic maintenance and repair tasks including painting, minor plumbing, and electrical work.
• Conduct routine inspections of common areas and apartments to identify maintenance needs.
• Assist with furniture setup, seasonal maintenance (e.g., snow removal, landscaping), and make-ready tasks.
• Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests with professionalism and courtesy.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with senior technicians on more complex repair projects and preventive maintenance.
