Acento Real Estate Partners is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician II to support the upkeep of our apartment communities. This role blends hands-on technical work with resident interaction, requiring a dependable team player with strong troubleshooting abilities.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of maintenance experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and solid communication skills. HVAC and EPA certifications are preferred but not required. This is a on-site role in Doraville, GA.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience in property management or related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training a plus.
• Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Valid driver’s license.
• HVAC and/or EPA Certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry systems.
• Complete work orders promptly and professionally, ensuring resident satisfaction.
• Support preventive maintenance schedules and record all work performed.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized services.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety protocols, and company policies.
• Partner with team members and the Maintenance Supervisor to maintain operational excellence.
