Job summary

Acento Real Estate Partners is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to support ongoing care of our apartment communities. This role blends hands-on technical work with resident interaction, requiring a dependable team player with strong troubleshooting skills.

You will perform intermediate tasks across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry, complete work orders promptly, and coordinate with vendors while ensuring safety and code compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience in property management or related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training a plus.
• Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform intermediate-level maintenance tasks across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry systems.
• Complete work orders promptly and professionally, ensuring resident satisfaction.
• Support preventive maintenance schedules and record all work performed.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized services.
• Ensure compliance with all building codes, safety protocols, and company policies.
• Partner with team members and the Maintenance Supervisor to maintain operational excellence.
