Job summary

Acento Real Estate Partners LLC. is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician I to join our on-site team in Alexandria, VA. You will perform basic maintenance tasks and assist with make-ready work across multifamily properties.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of maintenance or related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Valid driver's license required.
• HVAC or EPA knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic maintenance and repair tasks including painting, minor plumbing, and electrical work.
• Conduct routine inspections of common areas and apartments to identify maintenance needs.
• Assist with furniture setup, seasonal maintenance, and make-ready tasks.
• Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests with professionalism and courtesy.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with senior technicians on more complex repair projects.
